Shea nut kernels undergo a meticulous cleaning process to remove impurities and improve quality. They are then cooked and conditioned in a vertical stack kettle, adjusting moisture content, facilitating cell wall rupture, reducing oil viscosity, and coagulating proteins. Mechanical pressing is then used to press the kernels, leaving 15-18% residual butter. The resulting shea butter is high-quality and ready for various applications.

Presently, PEOPL extracts premium soya oil from soybeans supplied from the group’s Kaboji Farm and from aggregated supplies from up to 100,000 third party farmers in North-Central and North-West Nigeria. After oil extraction, the remaining Soybean Meal (SBM) is supplied to our sister company “Premier Feed Mills”, other animal feed millers, poultry owners Nationwide and exports into international markets.
